Job Description

Designation: Area Sales Manager

Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Division: Vaishnavi (Gynae Division)

Salary: No constraint for right candidate

As a Sales Manager, your role involves managing, training, and guiding the sales team in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for setting achievable sales targets and overseeing the team’s performance to ensure these targets are met or exceeded. Motivating team members to excel and collecting customer feedback for senior management updates will be essential parts of your role.

Key Responsibilities:
– Set reasonable sales targets and goals for the sales team
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team
– Motivate team members to achieve or surpass sales targets
– Gather and provide customer feedback to senior management
– Travel within the assigned sales area to engage potential and existing customers
– Use various communication methods to close sales, including outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
– Implement a sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects

Qualifications Required:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Minimum 5 years of experience in Gynae and IVF segments
