Job Description
Designation: Zonal Sales Manager (East)
Location: Kolkata
Division: Critical Care
ZSM for Critical Care is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the regional sales team within the critical care segment.
Responsibilities include sales management and achieving targets. This involves leading, training, and developing a sales team, as well as recruiting new staff. Identifying new market opportunities and building relationships with healthcare providers and distributors are also crucial. Implementing sales strategies, monitor performance, and provide reports to senior management. You need to collaborate on product promotion activities, manage distribution and payments, and analyze competitor activities.Â
Qualification: a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc or B.Pharm) is required, with a management qualification preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly within the critical care segment and in a management role, is necessary. Should have a strong understanding of the critical care market, including products and competitors. Essential skills include leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.Â
