Job Description

Designation: Regional Sales Manager.

Location: Kolkata

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key customer relationships, managing a team of Area/Territory Sales Managers, and executing strategic plans across the assigned region. This leadership role is crucial in ensuring the company meets its sales goals and builds a solid market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Area Managers.
  • Develop and/or Improve relationships with Hospitals and Nursing Homes purchase authorities.
  • Periodically review performance of team members. Develop and deploy action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience as RSM (preferred) or Sr. ASM in a pharma with people management responsibilities. 10+ years of overall experience.
  • Strong track record in Critical Care
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
  • Articulate with the ability to persuade. Fluency in English and regional language is a must.
  • Bachelors degree is a must. Science/ Pharmacy degree is preferred.
