We manufacture a wide range of pharmaceutical formulations across multiple therapeutic categories, including Antidiabetic, Cardiovascular, Urology, Antibiotic, and Gastrointestinal segments.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior-level International Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives across European markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international pharmaceutical sales, business development, and strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across European markets.

  • Manage and strengthen existing client and distributor relationships.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and business agreements.

  • Coordinate with Regulatory, QA, and Supply Chain teams for project execution.

  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.

  • Represent Stallion at international exhibitions and business forums.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7–15 years in International Business Development (Pharmaceutical Industry).

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management.

  • Expertise: Strong understanding of European pharma regulations and export markets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Willingness to travel internationally.
